I provided what I wanted and the company executed beyond what was asked for. Making sure everything was in alignment. Pricing was also on point. There were one minor issue (well not technically) but it was later discovered after the fact that my city requires certain sizing which incurred additional cost but it wasn’t major or deal breaker. I was in that time when I didn’t know up from down and I was so overwhelmed but when I called Michigan Headstones they were extremely patient with me and helped me through the process of designing and ordering my brothers headstone. I had never done this before and I had so many questions but they answered them with care and compassion. They have excellent communication and they are true to their word. Michigan Headstones was so helpful throughout the entire process after my grandpa passed away last year. Alex met with my grandma and I multiple times, helping us create the best possible monument. Our experience from start to finish was very pleasant. Alex was knowledgeable and efficient. We got everything we wanted at a price we could afford. We started on the web site which was good but decided to visit the showroom. We were impressed with both. Their communication was excellent. Delivery and set up were perfect.

He has patience of a saint ????I was unsure what I wanted, and he made the decisions easy, and went above and beyond to get me pictures of what my ideas would look like, time and time again, as I said he's a saint and patient. My family and I chose Michigan Headstones to create my grandmothers headstone. I created it myself with their design your own template and they did some editing to ensure it looked its best. Alex is very professional and kind to help during this difficult time. I would recommend anyone to come here and order what is needed. They get it done in a timely manner and as fast as they can. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Michigan Headstones. Losing someone is so hard. We lost two great members from my family in 2020 and we wanted to make sure that they had the absolute most perfect headstone. We have tried many headstone companies until we came across Michigan Headstones. Out of all the companies we reached out to, they gave us a distinctly better price for what we were asking for- they did not take advantage of the situation of losing a loved one.
