How do I use the online customizer?

Please watch our video showing how to use the customizer.  If you would rather have us design a marker for you, simply fill out this form and we’ll provide some suggestions.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is determined by order specifics and is normally 2-3 months for in stock granite markers, upright headstones, benches and bronze markers, 4-5 months for out of stock items and up to 5-6 months for custom orders.

Will I get the same service buying online as I would if I purchased from a store front?

Yes, because we are a Michigan company, whether you purchase online or in store, the process is almost identical. You will get the same great service during the proofing process, production phase and delivery to the cemetery. Nothing will be produced until you approve and sign off on the production proof emailed to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover and Paypal.  We also accept Paypal Credits / Financing, allowing you to make several payments over time.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been completed?

Yes, you will be able to make changes prior to production.  All orders will receive a CAD production proof shortly after we receive your order, allowing you to make changes before your order is produced.  No orders will be produced until the production proof is approved and signed.

Do you ship and install outside of Michigan?

Yes, but there will be additional shipping and/or installation charges. Please email us for a quote.

We have been in the cemetery headstone business for over 26 years.
